Imagine walking into a room full of Music Supervisors giving out detailed information about all their current projects on a panel. Then providing their contact information so that all the Music Publishers, Record Labels, Songwriters, Producers and Copyright owners in the room can contact them. This is exactly what happened on Thursday evening July 23, 2015.
This event was put together by the Association of Independent Music Publishers (AIMP) in Nashville, TN. I became a full member last year for opportunities such as this one. This event was NOT open to the public, but only for members and those that paid in advance for admission into the event.

Needless to say this event was quite awesome. It was definitely a Music Publishers dream to sit in front of all of these industry professionals and have the opportunity to hear directly from them exactly what they are looking for and the best way to get the music to them.
They also discussed best practices and tips in the business. A huge Shot Out goes to AIMP Nashville who made this event possible!! I highly recommend that you become a member if music licensing is your business or you want it to be your business, to learn more about AIMP in your area visit their site here – http://www.aimp.org
